Very disappointed by this one - I don't think it works, actually, and it's quite a chore to get through, especially the last third or so, which is mainly repetitions of the first two thirds. Perhaps this book was rushed through (and there are good bits: The first introduction of Crazy Eddie is pure Winslow), and perhaps decent novel could be made out of this with some heavy editing (and proofreading). But right now, it's not great.
