Eli reviewed A Line to Kill by Anthony Horowitz

I did like the third book about Horowitz's adventures with Hawthorne, in a remote small-scale literary festival on an island, where of course, a murder occurs. As usual in this series, Hawthorne plays ignorant or oblivious to some occurrences whilst Horowitz tries by all means possible to figure out what and why has happened. An interesting progression of events for sure with plot twists seemingly throughout the ending. Well written and enjoyed the further background on the main character. I just do still find it weird to include himself as a character in this book, and belittling himself even when compared to the detective. But that's the character as it is
