There was the time before Tessa met Hardin, and then there’s everything AFTER... Life will never be the same. #Hessa

Tessa is a good girl with a sweet, reliable boyfriend back home. She’s got direction, ambition, and a mother who’s intent on keeping her that way.

But she’s barely moved into her freshman dorm when she runs into Hardin. With his tousled brown hair, cocky British accent, and tattoos, Hardin is cute and different from what she’s used to.

But he’s also rude—to the point of cruelty, even. For all his attitude, Tessa should hate Hardin. And she does—until she finds herself alone with him in his room. Something about his dark mood grabs her, and when they kiss it ignites within her a passion she’s never known before.

He'll call her beautiful, then insist he isn’t the one for her and disappear again and again. Despite the reckless way …

This was the second time I've tried to read this book, and more was so amazing. The whole back and forth with Hardin, and Tessa was so emotional, and I just loved the book. Anna Todd did really well at getting into Tessa's head. When Hardin was an ass, he was truely an ass, but when he was a sweetheart, he was just that. I ended up liking him by the end of the book.
Tessa grew throughout the book as well, and that was quite nice to see. When I started the book, I kind of thought that I wasn't going to like Tessa nearly as much as I did once I got about half way through the book.
I'm going to start book 2, right away.

This book is really addicting! Once you started it is hard to stop. The only thing which bothered me was the end. It's so clear that the author needed a reason to write a second book.
You can compare it a bit to "Thoughtless", only that this one is much better and the protagonist is definitely more likable.

Now I need book 2!
