An interesting pop culture history that's evocative without being very explanatory. I like how this put Rosemary's Baby and The Exorcist in their proper contexts, as two very different books filmed by two very different directors. The story peters out just when it gets to the part of the phenomenon that I'm most familiar with, the late 80s & early 90s.
