Review of "The Reluctant Mage (Fisherman's Children #2)" on 'Goodreads'
3 stars
I felt this was an entertaining read for the most part. It's always good to get resolution on some of the things which happen in previous books, but as with some of Karen Miller's other works, it felt rather depressing for a good chunk of the book. It pulled me along with the action, however, so while parts were depressing, they were never boring, and the ending was rather hopeful.
