La hipótesis del amor

¿Es una historia en la que sabía lo que iba a ocurrir desde el segundo capítulo? Sí y realmente no me importa, me ha parecido una historia tierna con unos personajes interesantes y no tan típicos.

Ambos, pero especialmente Olive, se meten en muchos líos solo por el pacto al que llegan y me ha gustado cómo se acercan al mismo tiempo que hacen el paripé. Son muy bobos los dos y me gusta.

Una cosa que me ha gustado mucho del libro es que no romantiza el ámbito académico y deja muy claro que no todo es tan bonito como lo pintan algunos. Además, deja muy claro el tema del consentimiento, Adam no da un solo paso sin obtener permiso explícito y siempre bromea con Olive sobre ello en relación a sus acciones.

I'm not giving it 2 stars (and I'm being generous) because I enjoyed it but because even if I was having a terrible moment I simply couldn't stop reading it. I'm happy I read it so fast so I could forget about it faster.
I don't know if it's the writing style or if it's just that I didn't really like the plot since the beginning but yeah, that's it.

I have never in my life cringed that much, I get why people like it but this book just isn't for me. I hate the miscommunication trope with all of my heart. I can't stand the characters, why don't they sit with each other and express their feelings from the beginning?
The +18 scenes were written in a really vulgar way or was it just me?? Like you can write a sex scene with a lot less descriptions (and obscene language lmao) and I will know perfectly what is happening, this just felt like a smutty fanfic and I'm not vibing with it, sorry. Maybe it is just me and I don't get the hype about it. Also wtf was going on because I didn't understand anything even with a whole lot of descriptions.

Maybe this genre isn't for me, like I love a good romance but this... This didn't make me feel anything and when I read romance I expect feeling something.

I don't think this book is going to stay much in my head, it isn't that memorable, and if it does it's because I'll remember this agony I felt while reading it. I'll probably forget everything in less than a week.

Also, I have never seen any of the Star Wars movies so maybe that's something that influences my opinion. Maybe if I was a Reylo fan I could have enjoyed it??? Idk.

I'm sorry for my poor friend who lent it to me and was so excited to see if I was going to like it too.
