Review of 'Here Comes Everybody: The Power of Organizing Without Organizations' on 'Goodreads'

The book is full of interesting anecdotes and observations, but Shirky's circuitous storytelling format wears out the reader pretty easily. It strikes me that this book is the work of an academic. He seems to be talking about what is already common knowledge. It would have had more impact if it were written in 2004. I do look forward to his next book.
