Well I wasn't impressed with the first book, but my daughter liked that one and demanded we read book 2 and I have to admit this one was better. Greg is still the same, selfish and mean but he is trying harder to be better...well at least a little bit. You can see why he is like he is, Roderick his big brother is just as selfish and mean, Greg is desperate for some respect from Roderick but there isn't a chance of that. And as for his Mum, she is flipping mental, possibly one of the most clueless and embarrassing mums ever, she made me laugh.
Things are starting to pick up with this series now.
