Review of 'Dhampir' on 'Goodreads'

An interesting twist on both the vampire and fantasy genres. Although the first part of a series, it does work as a stand alone book too which is nice

The book has a high death toll and makes some effort to show that the vampires are cold blooded killers who consider humans to be dumb animals. But we also get a lot of insight into the motivations and thoughts of the vampires. There's nothing one dimensional about the villains here.
