Another book added to my Abandoned list. Like I said, I am trying to be aggressive about just moving on. You can see by my Currently Reading list that I need to be!
This time, I actually made it about 1/3 the way thru. It tells the story of a society on the West Coast of the United States in the undefined future, where Objective Truth is the thing. And the protagonist is an agent of the truth, uncovering falsehoods everywhere. But then he runs afoul of a friend and, the horror!, finds a "novel".
But to be honest, it was a bit boring and just didn't do anything for me. So, back to the library it goes.
