Review of 'The exile' on 'Goodreads'

What a bunch of junk. Wooden writing, cardboard characters and purple prose all led to me abandoning this doorstop after less than 300 pages. Coincidences abound, emotions explode and very little of it makes any sense.

Guess I'm just not the mass market thriller type.
