A short book sharing 'secrets' on how to live a long life from the experience of Japanese people with highest life expectancy and proportion of centenarians. Overall not bad advice, just a bit repetitive and simplistic in my mind. But admirable how many of these elderly people kept their health until the end, maintaining a decent quality of life one would not usually expect from such high age.
