A cheeky look at first contact threaded through with humor while remaining very serious at heart. Refreshingly scientific, and still very human at heart, I would gladly return to this world again.
The ending was a little soft - it snuck up on me and I am still unpacking some of the details- so a four star book instead of a five, still very much worth the read.
