Review of 'The Silent Corner' on 'Goodreads'

I felt like this book just went on and on. The chapters were super short, and it felt like they were just put there for place markers. Jane was an all right character, but I didn't feel there was much of a story. The author couldn't figure out whether he wanted to be Science Fiction like or the stereotypical question and answer police procedure. I'll not be continuing with this series.

Review of 'The Silent Corner' on 'Goodreads'

Jane Hawk is on the run, not just from those who want to harm her but towards the truth, and she will do whatever it takes to find it. Someone wants to stop her from finding out what really happened to her husband. Jane doesn't believe he would have killed himself. She also believes a recent increase in the number of suicides by people who had no reason to kill themselves is somehow connected.

This was a heart pounding suspenseful thriller.
