I'm a huge fan of Connie Willis' novels, and I loved this book of short stories, too. It was the story Newsletter that prompted me to buy it. I read it in Asimov's and the combination of sly wit, suspense, and kindness just slayed me. I suspect that it's the only Christmas-themed science fiction/fantasy anthology ever, and I'm so amused that she pulled that off.
