Review of 'Leadership Strategy and Tactics' on 'Goodreads'

4 stars

  1. If you keep up with Mr. Willink’s content, parts will be familiar. GOOD, dichotomy of leadership, extreme ownership, laws of combat—these are revisited. They’re worth reviewing.

    2. If this is your first book of his, it briefs you on those concepts enough to proceed. They're simple with endless applications. The previous books go in-depth. Here they're summarized and merged. Past books are the foundation. This builds off of them.

    3. The military stories used to explain strategies are more concise this time.

    4. Humility is stressed throughout. I liked this.

    5. From a leadership lens, this is hard to top. It’s structured for referencing and Jocko’s unique experience is unmatched.
