I have tried the original version few years ago and for some reason I couldn't complete the book. I am glad that there is a graphic edition for the same.
Atticus is a hero! No wonder the instagram famed anonymous Canadian fancies to call himself "Atticus". Very well written and amazing illustrations. Atticus's wisdom, manners, conviction, composure and grace is goals!
Probably if and when the time comes where I self pity about my life I would try and remember Tom Robinson and every other innocent people who were wrongly charged guilty for no fault of theirs. My problems would pale in comparison to what they go through. Sometimes we forget the million grateful things and focus on one tiny imperfect thing and feel sad.
The book is many things and I don't think I could write a review for this. The success of the book speaks for itself.
