Not quite a guide

This was OK. A relatively shallow (in a breadth of subject matter way rather than a lacking detail way) blitz through history with a focus on the Greeks and Romans.

I think there were fewer links to the modern day than I would have liked, but it was interesting and had a few gems of greatness. I liked it when it focused on historical figures especially on what some of the now famous philosophers thought then and would think now.
