I cannot tell you just how happy I was to read this book, after having read books 1 and 2 multiple times it was fantastic to move along with this series.

This series is unique in that the narrator steals the story, I have to admit the voice I used was stolen right out of the Netflix series which I think managed to capture this book perfectly. The doom and gloom from Lemony is brilliant and his little interruptions gives you the perfect place to put down the book for the night, so many cliff hangers to annoy my daughter.

Again the characters are brilliant, 3 horrible orphans, the floppy Mr Poe (Never has there been a man as useless as this chap), the introduction of Larry you waiter and our hero of the story Count Olaf, what a handsome tattooed gent is his. The story is gripping so many …
