When Ralph and Abby Lamb move in with Ralph’s mother, Laura, Abby hopes it’s just what she and her mother-in-law need to finally connect. The prose in this was beautifully disgusting. Somehow the author was able to make nearly every sentence feel greasy and oozing off the page. Utterly horrific.
