This book has several rare qualities (to me at least) 1. not written by a rough tough man in this world. 2. extremely well written and insightful. I often find this genre can somehow manage to take what should be really interesting and make it really tedious. 3. Doesn't shy away from admitting mistakes. The author is very honest about their own mistakes and provides real insight into how things work.
