Gossamerchild reviewed The Lover's Dictionary by David Levithan
Review of "The Lover's Dictionary" on 'Storygraph'
4 stars
A nameless narrator describes his relationship in a series of dictionary-like entries. The style isn't really that unique (I read a memoir a year or so ago that was written in the style of an encyclopedia), but I really got a kick out of this story. It was very poetic, almost, in the way Levithan presented it. Sad, hilarious, and touching all at once.
