an "analysis" of how Clinton and Palin revived American Feminism in the 2008 presidential campaign. I put analysis in quotes as this is largely anecdotal. However, it was an interesting revisit to the time, and largely spot on for how the politics of the time has aged. I'd recommend it, but don't "run out" to get it.

I've been recommending this book to dozens of people since about page 30. I am so grateful that Traister gathered this collection of experiences, history, statistics, and unique anecdotes for us. I'm also glad I read at this time in my life as an American and community organizer. It's helped, and will help, me stay sane thru this process.
