almostallthecake reviewed Random Sh*t Flying Through the Air by Jackson Ford (Teagan Frost, #2)
Review of 'Random Sh*t Flying Through the Air' on 'Goodreads'
5 stars
What I loved:
-This book gives Deadpool vibes already in the best way.
-I am even more impressed with Jackson's ability to write.
-He introduces characters with such elegance and hilarity, "was licking his balls" was used to describe a dog relaxing under the table. Without the context of the silly name and the dog being under the table, this would be horrifying. A human licking their balls under the table? Nope, the mammal gets pets, which is how we know it's a dog.
-The author knows exactly what the reader is thinking, because they will hint at something, create curiosity, then confirm that or fully explain it within the next page.
What I didn't love:
-I wish Amber didn't smoke cigarettes lol but that makes her so much more human, and there's not any extreme detail on this.
-I literally can't think of anything

I had high hopes for this second book and was nervous it wouldn't hit the same - I am obsessed.
I am going to try my best to savor this series since I need to order the third book or wait a week for Libby since it's not on Kindle Unlimited. The main downside to reading popular books. It's worth it!
Update: OK I finished this book.
I have the third book out for delivery. I don't want to say anything else, no spoilers.
