Bad Dreams

I'm a fan of Winnick's work in games, but this comic didn't really work for me. It seems to be set up like an adventure: to obtain her goal, the main character must complete several tasks, but most of the time, there's no real adventuring, as the solution is easily provided by a deus ex machina or an unlikely object. There are also a lot of characters, which seem interesting, but due to their numbers, none are fleshed out enough to really get interesting. There is potential lurking somewhere, but too many ideas and characters were crammed together and none were really well worked out.
