like author said himself, he just wanted to write a novel with fun interactions between characters and stories are just additions to those. I would say that he achieved his goals - dialogs between characters are very good and that's main reason why these series attracted my attention

Fiquei incrivelmente surpreso com a forma que o NisioIsin escreve, esperava algo totalmente diferente mas foi uma surpresa positiva, excelente obra, tenho certeza que os outros 2 volumes da série Bakemonogatari serão tão bons quanto esse.
