《When the survivors are gone, we must not let the truth disappear with them. Please, give them a voice.》
I have to admit that I did not enjoy the multi perspectives. They dragged the plot when it should have picked up pace, and in the end, all the secrets of the different characters were of no surprise to me.

Beginners to WW II literature should definitely give this novel a go and readers who already had their fair share of WW II books simply need to read this one as well.
