A strong conclusion to the Chaos Walking series. The story picks right up where Ask and Answer finishes and the pace doesn't let up for a very, very long time. This story is all highs and the lows are just building to the next moment. I rated this book higher than the previous one because I enjoyed the additional POV. I felt the story benefited from having a view that was misunderstood from the settlers perspective and it was an interesting take on their thoughts of past and current events.
This series may have been a little heavy handed in some of the topics covered but I'll forgive it because it delivered an enjoyable story and worked those topics into the narrative as people walk the delicate line of right and wrong. I was satisfied with how everything wrapped up and feel that if you enjoyed The Hunger Games trilogy …
