ParadoxicalReality reviewed Unforgiven by Lauren Kate (Fallen novel)
Review of 'Unforgiven' on 'Goodreads'
4 stars
This is a rather short read, but it was good. While I was a bit unhappy with Lilith, due to her near constant brooding, it made sense. Cam, Arianne, and Roland are just as we remember them and this story follows in line with the rest of the Fallen series.
I gave this book four stars for the following reasons: all in all it is a fairly entertaining read and does go about dealing with the issue of Cam and his past, issues with love, etc (★ and 1/2). An added bonus (at least for me) was the inclusion and utilization of Arianne and Roland(★ and 1/2). Two, if the author was to -not- write another novel in the Fallen series, I feel this was a good way to end things. Hints of a revolution, Cam allowed to enjoy Lilith(★)... seems a good way to go.

Since it's a short read, I think my general gripe is that it was just a bit too short. I think I might of gotten to like Lilith more if it was a little longer and I was exposed to more of her other facets than for brief glimpses at a time.
