Review of 'Nothing good can come from this' on 'Goodreads'

FIVE BIG STARS. I loved this book. I identify with it so much I could have written it. I identified with every essay, right down to the running, live music, appreciation of desire lines, and frustration at basic bitches who would rather drink wine than face life head-on. This is a collection of essays about sobriety, but they are also about being a woman, growing up, and learning to take life as it comes. The author’s writing style is funny and sharp, and I loved every bit of it.
