This is just some cute, quickly digestible fluff with a an adorable a-la Scott Pilgrim style of art that appeals to the eye. It starts out a little clunky, but picks up quick and can easily be read in one sitting.

If that's your kind of thing, or if you just need a break from some heavy stuff, "Lucky Penny" does its job well.

The story can be quite nonsensical but it is so much fun.
