Review of 'The End of the Wasp Season (Alex Morrow, #2)' on 'LibraryThing'
Mina is a genius. The second in the Alex Morrow series sees Alex pregnant with twins (and Mina does a brilliant job with this character and her emotions). She's called to a brutal murder in a posh house where a young woman was attacked and stomped to death. Readers get to see the perspective of the two boys responsible, both wealthy, both without a moral bone in their bodies, but by the end Mina has coaxed feeling out of us even for these unlovable, unloved kids. Bloody brilliant.
