Heavy book literally and figuratively. IMO, "Career advice from some of the biggest names in business" in Linkedin learning is so much more inspiring to me as a women than this book.
Primarily because, in the linkedin interviews, both men and women are interviewed and they share their experiences. So, we could see a world were men and women are supportive to each other and help each other live their best. It is inspiring to see so many women who are successful through these interviews. The common narrative painted by media is that successful women are scarce. Such a shocker to see that narrative change.

Initially the book was inspiring, it moved me, it made me cry and all that. But towards the end, I really really really wanted it to end. It was a lot for me to process.
But then, nothing against the book. Pro feminists and activitist who do not like Disney movies would love this. I kinda sorta liked this too I guess.
