Review of "Summary of Jeff Goins Book : Real Artists Don't Starve" on 'Storygraph'
4 stars
Real artists make money. This makes sense, if someone isn't willing to pay you its not real. What's more interesting is the importance of community. You need peers that are creative and likeminded. You need patrons and mentors to guide you. You need to create a scene. We live in a new era where doing that doesn't involve moving to the Village or Paris - those places are too expensive anyway. Easy read with great antidotes. 200 pages easily a Sunday afternoon read.
