Sequel to Sargasso of Space, this is a good adventure along the same lines: the crew of a Free Trader having to deal with adventure while trying to just make deals. The first half of the book is more focused on that deal making than the previous book was, which is nice. I like how it builds off a throwaway line from the first book to build the situation for the second half.
I felt that parts of that second half feeling a bit more dated than some of the other stuff, but still entertaining.
