Mark Anderson reviewed The Double Bind by Christopher A. Bohjalian
Review of 'The Double Bind' on 'Goodreads'
2 stars
One can sense the author pulling this narrative together simply in order to fulfill the necessity of its zenith. It's certainly not a dull yarn, nor un-masterfully spun, but neither is it completely engaging for any reason other than simply to find out what the answer to the puzzle is. In other words, there's not much of depth here. A summer time read, one might say, if one is into those sorts of things. In any case, I finished reading the book, which says something right there.
