Review of 'Managing to change the world' on 'Goodreads'

We use the Management Center model and resources at my work, so this book was sort of a take home assignment for me. Regardless, reading it didn't feel like work. I highly recommend this book for /anyone/ working in a nonprofit, whether you are a manager or not. I was lucky enough to attend a Management Center training and they make a point to say that management entails managing yourself and managing others. Even though I've been in leadership positions for over 6 years, I walked away with a slew of new techniques and tools to be better at my job.
