Interesting premise: two twins "switch" to fool other people - then one of them refuses to switch back, with crippling effects that play out over the course of their lives.
The only reason why this book gets three stars instead of five is because it was kind of confusing, with the switching back and forth. I really do however feel that the author really knew mental illness. Once I started reading the book, I kept wanting to know what was going to happen, and how the book was going to end.
The book has a really dark atmosphere, but I rather liked that, as well.
