I liked it. First of all, the NYC setting - which is why I downloaded this set's audio to begin with. But the characters were great - we have a circle of long time girlfriends with Paige, Frankie and Eva, all very different from each other, and Jake and Matt, also long time friends, with Matt being Paige's brother. Paige had a tough childhood with heart problems, and a family who loved her but also kept protecting her because of it. She has long since been trying to get away from that, to live her life and take risks, especially now that she has been laid off from her job, as her friends also have been. So really big new risk one happens - bring her dream of starting her own event company from the future to the present. As she does that, really big risk number two comes up …

As she does that, really big risk number two comes up - when she was younger, she tried to get together with Matt, but he turned her down. But now, after all these years of being annoying to each other, and since he helps the women with their new company, having to be around each other a lot more than normal, perhaps it could happen now. But as we all know, some risks are much harder to try for. Definitely looking forward to the other two books! :)
