i didn't hate it like i feared (based off of some of the reviewers on here). i was still dying to read it, because it's nalini singh and i liked all the excerpts i'd seen. however, i didn't love it, and it in no way compares to the psy/changeling or gh books.
kit was fine. whatever. not very memorable. the stalker plot was very wth to me (and i just thought of this, but becca reminds me of amara, ashaya (p/c)'s twin, because of how possessive they are against the men in their friend/sisters' lives).
and now, noah. he is sooooo screwed up, and i can't help but think about how brave (perhaps the right word is stupid/crazy/etc) kit is for dealing with him. his secret kept getting dragged out, and then all of a sudden it's there, and then it's gone. it's too vague for me, and fox annoyed …

i felt like some of the scenes didn't go how i wanted them to, and they didn't reach their full potential. like their first kiss; it's when noah relapses into his nasty, self-destructive self, and i just felt like it was ruined. or when they consummated their relationship and it just didn't seem very intense, idk.
these books always drag on, and i can't find it in myself to recommend this one. the only reason you should read this is if you are super curious/invested in the plot. if you really want to read a rock kiss book, go for rock courtship (the only one i truly liked from this series), or better yet, go back to her other series.
