Stick Man ends up far away from his family tree when he is fetched by a dog, thrown by a child, used as a snowman's arm, and even put on a fire, but finally Santa Claus steps in to make sure that Stick Man and his family have a joyous Christmas.

Finally, a Donaldson story that doesn't have wonky flow.

It's a cute story that could easily be read around Christmas, since Santa makes an appearance and takes Stick Man home after he gets lost on an accidental journey. I like the illustrations, since they're pretty vibrant and full of details. The rhyming scheme actually works and doesn't have any steps where you're like THE FLOW IS WRONG, which I always appreciate.
