What an engaging and surprising book! It had me guessing from start to finish. I noticed that it's the 6th in a series, and maybe if I'd read the other ones 1st, I wouldn't have been so positively surprised and impressed, but I have every intention of going back and reading the 1st 5!
I had heard of Lisa Gardner (the author), and I had heard good things. My one book experience tends to confirm the overall positive impression! Good character development, and no unreasonable surprise; the characters don't change their overall spots, but that doesn't mean that it's overall boring and unsurprising! Excellent book!
