An explosive conclusion to the series. Great pacing, gorgeous art and an overall masterclass in how to write a compelling spy story. The obvious criticism is that Velvet is an archetypal Strong Female Protagonist and it fails to subvert much beyond a gender inversion, but doing so would have been icing on the cake, this is still a solid contribution to the genre.
