Review of 'No one knows' on 'Goodreads'

There were a lot of good things in the making of this book but it did not live up to its potential.

We spend so much time inside the main characters head that the twist at the end just comes off as unlikely and unbelievable. For a few minutes I actually wondered if The last few chapters were an "alternate universe" epilogue or something.
