Content warning This review reveals the book's conclusion on the whole AI "issue"
Mo Gawdat concludes that artificial intelligence is coming, it is going to outsmart us, and and we cannot stop it. I am worried that assessment turns out to be true and I am not comfortable with it. Mo Gawdat argues that we might as well embrace it, teach ourselves to love them (the machines), and shape put future with them as patient and loving "parents". I honestly don't know what to make of this. The thought of it just does not sit well with me so far.
