Not as compelling as the first one, but a fun, easy read with a cast of already familiar characters.
This book is nowhere near as entertaining as the first in the series. The middle portions of the book simply dragged. The tale's saving grace was it's strong conclusion. In the main, The book is a bit better than average.
Slightly more far-fetched than the first one, but still mostly believable, and still very funny. The characters are distinct and consistent, the mystery and its resolution work, and the whole thing is just thoroughly enjoyable.
