You'd be hard-pressed to find a more diversely qualified author in the leadership genre. Stark is a practicing clinical psychologist, consultant to Fortune 500 executives, founder and director of a performance enhancement group, tenured professor of medical psychology, and current member of the University of Nebraska Board of Regents. He has provided performance enhancement training to athletes at the collegiate, professional, and Olympic level. He's been a team psychologist for two highly successful organizations during his career. The first with the Nebraska Huskers football team, through Osborne's national championship run in the 90s. The second and current with NASCAR’s Hendrick Motorsports Team, which has been a winner of five straight national championships.
