Review of 'Heidegger' on 'Goodreads'
5 stars
Prof. Tanzer traces a line of thinking bridging the so-called turning in Heidegger's thought by implicating Heidegger's notion of resoluteness in both the dasein centered early work and the being centered later work. Through his fluid writing style Tanzer argues against Heidegger's critics who highlight Heidegger's own dubious involvement with the NAZI Party as proof of the moral depravity of his thought.
