Brutal but well written.

Well written account of two fierce battles that occurred over the course of a week early in the Vietnam war, written by the commander of the American force and a journalist on the ground during the first engagement. The story is well structured and Includes quotes from both American soldiers and Vietnamese commanders where applicable.
