Wow, what a comprehensive book

Yes, it pushes you to stop eating meat. But it delivers this message with tons of studies. It's amazing how deep this book goes, how much it covers. If you need to read one book about science of diet and food, this is it.

A comprehensive book about various ways the science has shown one can lose weight. It comprises of so many different aspects and changes that once implemented could all create a big impact and improvement. I enjoyed that it even included fasting regimes.
As with his other book, I'm sure many of the references he has used are repetitive, instead of there actually being so many thousands of them as the numbers show. Whilst I do not belive 100% everything that is said there, just because one can choose the type of studies to include or exclude when writing a book such as this, but by all means, there is no harm done in following the advice that he says is safe, or consult with your doctor if you have underlying conditions.
It influenced the way I eat myself and have ideas for new ways of cooking,which I look forward to …
